No Refund Policy
At AshleyHodgeFitness, we are committed to delivering exceptional coaching services and helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. To ensure clarity and mutual respect in our business relationship, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy for both online and in-person coaching services:
Online Coaching Services
- No Refunds on Purchases: Once payment has been made for any online coaching program, service, or subscription, no refunds will be issued.
- Program Modifications: If unforeseen circumstances arise, we are happy to work with you to modify your program or pause your subscription for a mutually agreed-upon time frame.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription or coaching plan at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the service will not be provided.
In-Person Coaching Services
- No Refunds on Purchases: Payment for in-person coaching sessions, packages, or programs is final and non-refundable.
- Session Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture. Rescheduling requests made outside this timeframe may result in the loss of the session.
- Expired Sessions: All purchased sessions or packages must be used within 30 days from the purchase date. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over unless prior arrangements are made.
